Raise.com sells gift cards to retailers at a discount. They run almost weekly weekend sales where you can get an extra 5% off on top of the regular prices on select gift cards. The sale ends after the weekend.

The most interesting one to me this week is eBay. They are on sale for 0.5% off so you will save 5.5%. The normal price is about 3.3% off when you buy from Raise. Even if you can normally buy them for 5% off at Target, you won't get credit card rewards. Here you will. There are ways to buy eBay Gift Cards and earn 5x Ultimate Rewards points, but for those that don't have a Chase INK, this is good option.
Try to buy in $100 denominations. The sale lasts the whole weekend and more inventory might be added later so keep checking if you don't find what you need.
