Living Social is selling a Sam's Club Plus Membership for $45 (this is normally $100) with a $20 Sam's Club gift card and $22 in vouchers for food. I have diet restrictions and my local Sam's Club gave me $42 of gift cards instead of the food vouchers. That is definitely YMMV.
Sam's Club gift cards can also be used at Walmart.
