Today we learned that Top Cashback is no longer paying out for American Express Business cards at lower than $200 denominations, making them essentially useless.
This may change going forward but Be Frugal (my referral link - haven't checked other portals but I assume they haven't changed yet either) is still paying out on denominations $2,000 and below at 1.5%.
I plan on buying as much as I can today from Be Frugal. I suggest you do the same. Limit of $100,000 per 14 days. Keep in mind that they still may not pay on these orders as this might be a mistake.
