Following the devaluation of Top Cashback's payout on American Express Gift Cards due to the denomination maximum changing to $200, I recommended to buy from Be Frugal today at 1.5%. Simply Best Coupon was the other possibility at 1.5%.

The best available now is 1%. Mr. Rebates is one such example.
I have to assume that they have been removed until new terms and conditions can be put up but I don't actually know. We will see.
