Ready Ryan points out that Ebates has lowered the payout for gift cards bought from eBay to 1% from 4%. Unfortunately, he is correct. That's an unfortunate change, but we will keep chugging on, finding good deals!
Fortunately, Top Cashback is paying 1.1% cashback for anything on eBay so I guess that's the new go to for eBay.
