1) American Express has a $20 off $20 purchase at Sam's Club through American Express "Offers for you". Open each of your cards in different tabs before you add the offer to any card so that you can add the offer to all of your accounts. Once you add one the offer to one card, it will disappear from the other accounts unless they are already open elsewhere.
Once the offer is added, you have until 9/30/2015 to spend the money!
