Small Business Saturday - Where to go?

With Small Business Saturday coming this Saturday, here is a sampling of confirmed locations to spend your money.  I don't know whether the stores will be open, but they are on the map from American Express.  Internet purchases will not qualify, it needs to be processed in store.  If you call in to a store and they process your card that will work.
