If I'm reading that correctly, you can get a separate $10 gift card for every $100 purchase for every card you have, every Tuesday. For example, if you have 2 Citibank cards, you can get 2 $10 gift cards for spending $100 twice tomorrow and then get another 2 $10 cards for spending $100 twice next week.
